Checked TIO to see if anyone had won and it's vanished!! Surely it isn't contentious 😂

Good idea about getting this thread moved so it doesn't disappear.
Cupoteap - a friend of mine has a substantial pot and she wins most months. She says that she's made more in her winnings than she would have in interest from savings accounts. She likes to have quick access to her money so premium bonds suit her perfectly.

SouthWestmom · 02/12/2017 09:00

Just reported and asked for it to be moved to money matters

DawnMumsnet · 02/12/2017 10:37

Good idea, Noeuf - we're moving it over to Money Matters now. Smile

Ginorchoc · 02/12/2017 10:42

Only a 1% return on the year and nothing this month.

SouthWestmom · 02/12/2017 12:39

Threads been moved, thank you MNHQ

I’ve got 14k and have had for 2y and won 1x £25 last year and £125 today...still reckon that’s more then I’d get in a savings account!

blue25 · 02/12/2017 13:32

Nothing this month for me

BlaWearie · 02/12/2017 13:48

Ooh, I never knew there was an app, thank you! £75 for me this month 😀

Cupoteap · 02/12/2017 17:50

Got to be worth a go for the pence I'm getting at the moment

Madbengalmum · 02/12/2017 17:53

F all on max holdings for the last two months. Shit, very shit.

NerrSnerr · 02/12/2017 18:00

Nothing for us but we only have £500 in at the moment. Slowly building our balance up though.

Callamia · 03/12/2017 07:56

3x £25 here. Hurrah!
I put in £24000 at the end of September. So I think this is its second draw. Previous to that I’d only won three lots of £25 about two years ago.

ihatethecold · 03/12/2017 08:01

We have won 4 x £25 this month.
We have the maximum amount each. No idea if that’s better than savings.

timeforabrewnow · 03/12/2017 08:07

If you had £100,000 in an 0.5% interest account, you would get £500 per year interest.

ihatethecold · 03/12/2017 08:14

Thanks. Well we’ve won £150 in 2 months so far. It would be good to exceed £500 over 12 draws.

khajiit13 · 03/12/2017 18:14

Nothing this month. 😞Amazing to see that bonds bought in 1969 to a value of £34 won £25,000 though!!

wizzler · 03/12/2017 18:35

2* £25 for Ddog this month.
Perhaps he can use his new found wealth to pay for a new Elf on the Shelf for the DC as he has just eaten the legs off the current one.

Tuscansausage · 03/12/2017 22:32

£50 win this month, making £700 winnings this year (max holding). Am happy with that!

Itis6oclocksomewhere · 04/12/2017 08:04

Oh dear Ddog! Congratulations on your win though.
My mum had a win of £50 so she's happy.

Only1scoop · 04/12/2017 08:12

None this month

2x25 last month though

FiveShelties · 13/12/2017 09:17

Nothing for me but DH had three @ 25 and one 50. Fingers crossed for a very very happy new year!

SouthWestmom · 13/12/2017 15:57

I'm inheriting some money in the new year so will add that for six months and see what happens. £4000 to a holding of £3000.

Only1scoop · 13/12/2017 17:08

Let's all keep our fingers crossed for new year

Itis6oclocksomewhere · 02/01/2018 00:08

The big winners have been announced. The million pound winners are a male from Kent and a female from Wiltshire.
Good luck for reveal day on the 3rd!

froggybiby · 02/01/2018 00:22

Never mind 6oclock...it can't be us then. Last year was my worse year. It did start well but since June no win. On the other hand my DD has only over 3000 and won £125 since August she has won at least £25 every month. (Only lost in october) I reinvest all our wins.
