Do you mean going away as in prison?

I haven't kept up with your threads since the initial one many months ago but if so I'm so and it's come to this....

munz · 21/09/2006 12:59

Oh , so sorry Puddytats. I suppose it's a case of damage limitation but that doesn't help you , does it? Thinking of you and yours

lunavix · 21/09/2006 12:59

oh no your poor little ones.

puddytats · 21/09/2006 13:00

Completly, doesn't matter we did not spend the money, all that matters is it went into his account, his signiture over everything and absolutly nothing pointing to anyone else

OP posts:
munz · 21/09/2006 13:01
  • surely they will see it's not going into his account thou?
puddytats · 21/09/2006 13:02

It went in and out, we cannot say where it went and have no proof it went into anyone elsees account, therefore he is hiding it somewhere

OP posts:
UrsulatheSeaWitch · 21/09/2006 13:03

But who got it out of the account? And how? I don't ubnderstand how someone else managed to do that?

I hope it is the shortest possible time anyway, puddytats. Awful for all of you.

heavenis · 21/09/2006 13:03

So sorry puddytats. I've followed you other threads. Has he had the trial yet or when will it be.

fairyjay · 21/09/2006 13:07

Wondered how this was going for you recently - so sorry you haven't been able to sort it.

Surely the bank can establish the recipient of funds?

noddyholder · 21/09/2006 13:10

Where did the money go and who withdrew it?surely if they find that they can trace it You poor thing

LadyTophamHatt · 21/09/2006 13:13

has the bank not been able to say where the money went??

ScummyMummy · 21/09/2006 13:16

So sorry, puddytats.

FoghornLeghorn · 21/09/2006 13:16

Surely the bank will have records of where the money went ? It can't just evaporate.

acnebride · 21/09/2006 13:21

I'm so sorry to hear this puddytats and wish we could be of some practical help, but it sounds like you've reached the end of the road. I hope that the worst doesn't happen.

heavenis · 21/09/2006 13:21

Sorry didn't see the date in the title.

puddytats, I don not understand how this can happen. he is innocent and must try and prove it. Is it money that is stopping you?

slug · 21/09/2006 15:46

Oh puddytats Nooooooo! You poor, poor thing. It just seems so unfair.

PeachyClairHasBadHair · 21/09/2006 15:48

Oh Puddytats and its been dragged out so long too.

If there's anything we can do (nail file in a lemon drizzle) do let us know-a nd of course we'll all be here to support you trough it all

Could we organise Christmas presents for the kids or something, perhaps?

X

Milliways · 21/09/2006 16:05

I agree with SueW - there is no way your Bank cannot say where the funds went to. Cheques out can be traced to the depositing account & Electronic Payments traced with recipient Bank confirming Account Details. Surely your solicitors have followed the trail. Also, if funds left your account without your authorisation the Bank HAS to return them to your account?

Apologies if I am missing something here. Feel for you lots.

Hope everything works out in the end.
