Hi, I’m looking advice and some reassurance! I had scan at 8 weeks, our baby was lost at 6weeks, 5 days. I had no miscarriage symptoms at all. It was via IVF, adding to the heartache. I stopped my medication after scan and bled heavily a few days after scan, i then attended hospital early pregnancy unit, they done a scan and advised to wait a week if I miscarry naturally. A week later, another scan and no progress with very little bleeding, they described it as incomplete.I then opted for medical management, they gave me 3 doses over 3 weeks and no luck, still incomplete. I understand D&C is a safe and uneventful procedure but I’ve decided it’s not for me, Dr said it’s my choice and I will miscarry naturally. It is almost 6 weeks, anyone any experience of waiting naturally for weeks? My Dr warned me to look out for signs of infection but starting to worry as it’s taking a very long time :(
