Miscarriage lasted one day??

We reached 7 weeks yesterday and I woke up to lots of blood pouring out of me. Then about an hour later I birthed two bigger than gold ball sized clots. I had some more heavy bleeding for a couple of hours and then it tailed off and I've not really had anything since. I've not had any pain whatsoever. Just a few niggles before the clots came out.

This is our 5th miscarriage in 4 years. Three have been MMC and I had surgery. Only one other was spontaneous but that was very early at 4 weeks and I bled for several weeks but no big clots. So this is a new experience and I don't know what is going on.

Why has it stopped already? Is this the calm before the storm? Should I expect more clots then more heavy bleeding or is this it?

Do those two big clots mean it was twins?
Or can one baby cause that?

I won't even begin to go into my emotional state 😢

I’m currently nearly 7 weeks pregnant (will be Wednesday) I had bleeding Saturday through to Sunday evening but nothing bad enough to soil underwear/pad & Lost a 50p size clot. I’ve got a scan booked on Wednesday, I was told to do a test which says 1-2 weeks rather then the 2-3 weeks it was saying prior. I have needed the toilet more and wonder if my Hgc levels are low so that’s why the week window has changed. I’m so scared what the out come is going to be! So happy to see you had good news. X

Hi I am currently about 8 weeks pregnant. Been bleeding from maybe 4weeks on and had regular scan every 2 weeks. First scan at 4 weeks even though I was bleeding, they said they didn’t know why. Second one 2 weeks later same thing. Between 4weeks -6 weeks I had 3 big bleeds with several clots etc. Last scan showed medium subcnrionic hemorraghe. After my scan on 18th May , same night ( they gave a physical examination and said can’t see cervix opened and didn’t think I would bleed again). Came home and had 4 big clots bigger than my hand passed and pain like wanting to push, felt a bit like labour. But after that no pain and just bit of bleeding here and there. If I move around or stand up, I start cramping and bleeding. If I rest, it stops.
I have another scan next Tuesday. I still have all pregnancy symptoms. Just wondering if I had miscarried, surely the bleeding would not be intermittent ?? ( I have been pregnant 8 times and had 2 miscarriages immediately before this one and others were in between or before my eldest son) I have a 15yr old son and 8 year old son.

I am trying to make sense of it all. It has been a confusing pregnancy to say the least. Always leaves me hanging after scans :(
