I'm 48 hours into a hormonal migraine. My head is pounding, my ears are ringing. I feel exhausted. Nausea has thankfully passed. Tested for Covid but it's come up negative. I'm supposed to be taking DS trick or treating tonight. He'll be gutted if I bail on him.
Anyone got any miracle cures? Have tried cold compress, tiger balm, taking magnesium, painkillers, sleep. Migraleve just knocks me out...
