I think I’m peri- but each month the week before my period is getting worse and worse and bringing more symptoms.
This week I have the shakes. I feel like I’ve had 3 coffees( I don’t drink coffee anymore). My arms and legs are shaking and whenever I exert myself it’s worse.
In addition to this I’m bloated, have a constant headache and have cramps. My tolerance for other people is at zero and I can cry at the drop of a hat!
My questions are:

Did anyone else have this.

What things can I take that may help me feel better going forward. Morrisons has just been and I’ve ordered magnesium. Going to take some later.
Any suggestions?
