Meet-ups

When meeting up take sensible precautions. Meet in a public place and let others know where you are going.

Would anyone like a Christmas meet up a bit further up north?

I am easy with any suggestions really, TC seems to be within easy reach for most and easy enough to find even if you have never been before, don't know everyone's stats but could you imagine 15+ people on a dance floor all with enormous bumps? Where would everyone else dance!?

TicTac · 12/08/2005 13:17

If you would like to be I just thought I would help with a stats list to help see who is going and also get to know each other a little bit....didn't mean to take over if you feel I have

lilibet · 12/08/2005 13:18

do we need to pregnant to come along --- talk of enormous bumps.... I have one but it is unlikly to go in 9 months.... could I pretend to be pregnant?

Gobbledigook · 12/08/2005 13:28

I've not got a bump!

chloe55 · 12/08/2005 13:30

Sorry Mancmum - was in my own little pregnant world! We don't all have to be pregnant but it would still be quite funny to see a load of waddlers!

lilibet · 12/08/2005 13:31

I'm not pregnanat but in a bad light I could pass for 6 months!

OP posts:
mancmum · 12/08/2005 13:34

I could easily pass for 6-7 months with twins so you should get to see you gang of waddlers....

dyzzidi · 12/08/2005 13:48

Isn't there a dancefloor and stuff at Tiggis in the trafford centre. its next door to La tasca

TicTac · 12/08/2005 14:12

Hi all,
OK I hope I can answer some of your questions I think...

1/ There is no requirement to be preg, it just so happens that a few of us are...Chloe and I are preg with our first babies too so I am sure we will appreciate you mums that have been doing it for a while

2/ Trafford Centre seems to be the easiest locations

3/ There is a Tiggis in the Trafford Centre but I don't know about a dance floor....I will find out though!

4/ Is the 3rd December at 18:00 good for everyone?

5/ Do you want to post some stats on here so we can get to know each other a little bit better? If you do then I suggest...Age, preg or not, how many kids, location etc....

dyzzidi · 12/08/2005 16:11

I'm 27 and expecting my first much longed baby. I'm 19 wks pg today. I live in Manchester with my Dp (will be DH in three weeks). My DP works away so I am by myself a lot of the time.

I work full time in recruitment and am desperately awaiting my maternity leave.

henshake · 12/08/2005 21:25

Hi, do you lot know each other, any of you, or will this be a first time meeting?

I'm a reasonably new mnutter and live not to far away from TC in the sunny land of Shaw.

Slightly more than 6 months pregnant looking (and I'm not carrying child) but do have a DD (3yr) and DS (9mth). Feel need to get out and live a bit more but always nervy about going into a room of peeps I don't know? Does that feeling sound familiar?
