Yesterdays meet up was unsuccesful so why don't we try it again.

Loobie and I went with our kids and they had a ball all knackered out by the time we got home.

So who's up for it then?????

Come on you know you want to put the faces to mad names

Lets all get together, we just need to agree on a date and time and of course the location.

who's coming to this one

Jamboure!! Just posted on the other thread.... I'm getting ready right now to go!!! WHY did I think it was Sunday???? I even had a gathering for DD's birthday yesterday so I could go today!!

Ds is getting ready to go on the train and is all excited. He's never been to Edinburgh and I told him he would see a castle.

I only came online to check I was still meeting Gomez on the 12pm train.

Gillian76 · 31/07/2005 10:59

Oh dear toothache You will have to take him somewhere on the train now!

Would like to meet up. Just tell me where and when

Toothache · 31/07/2005 11:14

Can't believe this. I was really looking forward to it.

DH and I are going through to Edinburgh anyway. Ds is just too excited to say no..... we're off to feed the squirrels in Princes St Gardens.

DH doesn't know this yet.

weesaidie · 31/07/2005 11:18

Sorry I couldn't make it! Dds dad ended up having her this weekend and I needed the break!

Will try again for the next one but I am quite busy in the second half of august!

Another vote for Glasgow here. I have children in nursery and school so can't go very far! Mornings are better on the whole.

spots · 31/07/2005 18:27

I would still like to come but would vote for Edinburgh, sorry Ainsmum and Gillian... Glasgow too many trains away for me. Toothache, that's two fo us thought it was Sunday.maybe we said 'Sunday 30th' at some point???

Loobie · 31/07/2005 18:29

I'm up for it again but would have to say edinburgh too as i dont have the faintest idea how to get about in glasgow and with 3 kids i need to have my bearings LOL!

lets go with the majority.

I am back to work next week so weekends are better for me

OP posts:
jamboure · 01/08/2005 17:07

oops and somewhere easily accessible for a twin buggy

OP posts:
Loobie · 01/08/2005 20:23

Right ok hands up for weekend or week day?
And also can those who are interested give dates that they can manage/fancy?
Then we can take a majority vote LOL

I go for weekends its easier than during the week and having to get back for the kids etc,any dates suit me,though obviously weather is a consideration if we decide on an outside meet.

jamboure · 02/08/2005 05:44

deffo weekend for me end of the month would be good as it's payday

However this month we have a wedding at the end of the month so it's out for me

Will try though to come on the date decided finances permitting

sweetkitty · 02/08/2005 14:39
