WE really need to get this sorted if we are to hold a party this year.
As it seems i've somehow managed to volunteer to organise it we figuered we'd just go back to the Hat & Tun as last year's do was so succesfull.

We have a preliminary date of the 28th November.

Last year everyone paid £20 towards venue hire and food ( which was delicious) so if everyone is agree'd we will just do that agin this year.

so if everyone that is interested in coming could PLEASE list your names on this thread so that we know this will be a viable event.

otherwise i need to phone pizza hut and book a booth

Riven I've booked one at Farringdon TL and one at the Kings Cross Royal Scot TL. I'm not sure which I'm going to use yet. When I booked I checked to see if they had rooms suitable for someone with a disability but they didn't, sorry.

I'm spatially challenged and couldn't say. I think when I put the postcodes of the venue and the TL in the system the Farringdon one was 0.6 miles from the venue and the Royal Scot one came out as 1.0 miles.

It says here that they don't have wheelchair access at the Farringdon one

Is it sorted for you yet, Riven? If you and I do end up at the same TL, then with your map and my GPS thing (dh is going to programme it for me), we should be fine!
