WE really need to get this sorted if we are to hold a party this year.
As it seems i've somehow managed to volunteer to organise it we figuered we'd just go back to the Hat & Tun as last year's do was so succesfull.

We have a preliminary date of the 28th November.

Last year everyone paid £20 towards venue hire and food ( which was delicious) so if everyone is agree'd we will just do that agin this year.

so if everyone that is interested in coming could PLEASE list your names on this thread so that we know this will be a viable event.

otherwise i need to phone pizza hut and book a booth

How do I get cash to you? - If you have paypal you send payment to [email protected] if not you email me at that addy and i will give you either bank details or an address to send cheque.

Do I just show up on the night? - yes you simply arrive at the venue from 7pm onwards

Do we wear name badges? not compulsary but some people find it easier than having to go around introducing themselves

What happens on MN afterwards - I mean, once we all know each other's real names/occupations etc? is it weird? - not at all. mostly because no one remembers real names and we all call each other by our posting names anyway.

Will anyone actually talk to me? - i promise you no one stands bored. everyone makes friends and finds someone to talk to.

still undecided - cost is a big factor too - and i can't get train home - i checked. so still undecided.

What time does the tube start/stop?

As a general guideline the trains start from around 5:30 am (except Sundays + 1 hour) and run until between 12:00 am - 12:30 am. You should always check with the station staff what time the last tube will be at that particular station if you plan to travel late.

Custy where do you live? Can you only go from Vic?
