er...that should be stage

Brand new roof: rafters, felt, batons etc. Tiles will go on by the end of next week.

Old sitting room floor completely removed (including joists over cellar), and replaced with new timber.

Next part: Knock out 3 walls, knock down and re-build small lean-to at the back of the house to create new kitchen/diner/family room.

I'll bring the photos to the meet up.

At this rate, if Furball doesn't re-appear, it will have to be the 25th by default! I'll e-mail her!

I've spoken to Honor - she sends her love to all, but isn't able to make it at the moment. She's not ignoring us, just a bit strapped for cash at the mo.
