St Albans evening meet-up anyone?

It's been a year since we last did this, and since we had so many people and such a great evening last year I was wondering if anyone would like to do it again.

I know plenty of great places to eat and drink.

How is everyone fixed for Thursday 30th June or Friday 1st July?

Parking - St Albans is reknowned for being a nightmare regarding it. Nearest car park is St Christopher's place which is very close by.

Hi anorak, only just catching up. Most family birthday celebrations happened last wk (including my ds who is now 2!), but overwhelmingly tired this wk and bump is getting uncomfortable on long car journey's. Plus, would you believe, I'm going on a hen night Sat. night, so have to bank my energy. Lots of excuses I know, but I would have loved to come if I wasn't pg. Next time for sure. Have a lovely time.

Sorry, am gonna have to pull out, have terrible sciatica. Pains shooting down my legs have gone now but I have a terribly sore back just below my waist and I'm finding it very uncomfortable to do just about anything. I currently have a walk that looks like I've wet myself.

I'm really sorry and I honestly was keen to come but I am tired now at 5pm so don't think I'd last an evening tomorrow. Please include me for the next one.

So to clarify, are we meeting in The Fleur de Lys or the tapas bar?

I'm going to get to the Fleur de Lys between 7 and 7.30 and will stay there till 8.25. I'll then move on to the Tapas bar where a table will be booked for 8.30. Preferably I'd like to meet in the Fleur de Lys first.

What time do you thing you'll be arriving tabs?

Anorak - I would think I'll be there about 7:45, depending how long it takes to get a parking space! Have sent you a CAT about identifying each other!

havent heard from either, but looking a bit doubtful that i can come now my mum has to work tomorrow so doesnt want to have dd for me and i havent got a hold of my sister to see if she can. might be a last minute thing for me to know if i can come or not
