St Albans evening meet-up anyone?

It's been a year since we last did this, and since we had so many people and such a great evening last year I was wondering if anyone would like to do it again.

I know plenty of great places to eat and drink.

How is everyone fixed for Thursday 30th June or Friday 1st July?

We mooted the idea of a Thursday or a Friday (see beginning of this thread) but there were so many people who could only come on the Friday that we decided on a Friday.

hi, sorry for being late to the table on this, (thanks for pointing it out Anorak). I can't make this Friday I'm afraid, D is off to Ibiza for the weekend so i've arranged for my girlies to come over and eat choclate with me!

Once I know how many are coming I will book a table. It's down a little passageway between two antique shops in George St - off road, quiet little courtyard. Lovely long list of tapas, very yummy indeed. The place is run by Indian people, strangely enough, but they cook Spanish food very competently.

How about we meet between 7 and 8 in The Fleur de Lys pub which is by the clock tower near George Street? And I could book a table for about 8.30 in the tapas bar which would give time for any stragglers to catch up. If you look on the arrow on the map you can see the name 'Fleur de Lys' hiding under it!
