Yeah my mum is so pleased. When she first started talking, she would only talk in German, which wasn't much good for the nurses!
There are some really lovely staff at the hospital that she's in.

So now no one is posting

hi wot and phoenix. i live in barnsley centre (v cosmopolitan: not) i have been on mumsnet a-lurking since feb 2004 but don't really post very often, thinking about posting a bit more now. everyone on here seems v intelligent, opinionated and posher than me though! when i first had my eldest i used to go on babyworld (prob not allowed to mention other sites), can't stand all the tickers and shit that people have attached to their posts, find it really hard to read them. Also can't get along with netmums, find that impossible to read nice to see u both have boys. wot whreabouts in barnsley are you?

Anyone doing anything nice this weekend? We're just getting the garden sorted, i can't complain though as we did manage to go to the coast on Monday, wish the weather had been like this though.

My son is 6 and my daughter 3...I work full time and my husband does most of the childcare, which I miss. Have had this week off tho which has been lovely.
