Hi there,

just wondered who's out there around Cambridge. Would love to start meeting a few mums nearby with kiddies around the same age as my DD..she's nearly 8 months (my god that's gone fast!!)
was supposed to go to a meetup a few weeks ago and completly forgot and was then too embarassed to get back in touch...I'm sorry!!
would love to hear from any mums that fit the bill!!

Soooo sorry, been so busy lately! Would really love a meet up very soon. Since you live where i do, why don't you CAT me and we can sort something out here? Obviously don't want to exclude anyone so if anyone else wants to mee then we can arrange something as well

I'm in Bishops Stortford atm, and moving to Great Shelford - so just outisde Cambridge, but the right side of town for Cat (and you too I think?)

Hi all. Welli had a little girl on 1st May. First time on mumsnet since as having probs putting internet in new house. I moved the day before she was due, thank god she was 9 days late. I am def up for a meet but not available for a couple of weeks. ( still got all family descending, work friends etc to finish!!!) but just wanted to say hi and count me in for future ones. how is every one? may i ask who there is and what age children etc. x

I have one DS (3) who would love to meet up too, and he's even busier than me during the week

Amyjo- Hiya and congrats! dd is was also born in May (2004 not 2005 tho) I'm Catherine and have just one dd called Kiera who is almost 13 months but still looks about 11

Gizmo- Always good to meet new people in Cambs! I can do weekends, and also I was wondering if anyone was up for an evening drink at some point?

Hi everyone,

nice to see some new names floating about now.

I've been off the radar as been on holiday in Cornwall for a week, but back to reality now. Not going to have a chance for a meet up over the next week or so as seperating from partner and going to live in temp housing in Arbury as of tomorrow . Hopefully it won't be for too long, but I don't think i'll be much company over the next week. Would love to do something in a couple of weeks if poss tho?

Cat- I WILL CAT you soon, promise!!

Hi everybody, just to update you all really...got my new flat, which I have to say is actually much nicer than I imagined it was going to be...I've even got a back garden all of my own! Still mid move at the moment, but hope to be settled in soon. Also, don't want to jinx things, but i've met an amazing guy...will keep you informed, we're trying not to rush things. Sorry if I sound a bit smug, but all of a sudden things seem to be falling into place, and I'd forgotten whst it was like to be happy like this!!

hope everyone else is good too?
Do you think we should sort out a date for a meet up?

only have internet access at my mums now so can only check every couple of days, but I'd love a meet up...anyone got any ideas for a time and place?? Cazzybabs...Jesus Green sounds good to me!!

hiya. well i would ideally like a couple of days notice as i dont have internet access at home so dont get to check it every day. but i can do any day really. except monday 4th. maybe look for a nice weather day? got to get a bus in from st. neots so will need to know how to get where ever we would meet from the town centre. ne1 else interested? x
