NorbertDentressangle · 24/02/2009 16:48

Littlefish -whats the latest on the new house? Is it still on the cards? Don't forget to bring the details so we can all have a nosey look.

lol sassy

I now have visions of turning up at the pub and seeing Littlefish sitting there at our table behind piles of papers for us to peruse.

I love looking at property details

sassy · 24/02/2009 20:00

oh yes, she will be assessing our speaking and listening skills as we discuss her stimuli too

Littlefish · 24/02/2009 21:18

I only wish Sassy was joking, but she's not. Unsurprisingly, I've gone a bit overboard and will bring the house details - all carefully cut out and stuck into a large book, ready for perusal . (You can't really tell that I'm a teacher, honestly!)

I'll fill you all in on Friday. Very slow going at the moment, but our house is going on the market tomorrow.

Oh poor you 100! That sounds awful (the chicken pox and the ankle).

Hope to see you next time.

cmotdibbler · 24/02/2009 21:46

Hi, sorry I have been MIA - work travel schedule has been mad. Alas, DH is off out Friday night, so I can't come

NorbertDentressangle · 24/02/2009 22:06

Littlefish -do you want me to bring a flipchart for you to use Friday or would you prefer an interactive white board? I'm sure the Swan could arrange it

Sorry about those of you that can't make it. 100yrs - blimey, you don't do things by halves in your house!

Littlefish · 25/02/2009 08:20

I've already planned my powerpoint presentation, complete with interactive audience participation section thanks Norbert. .

Don't forget to bring your post-it notes, colour charts and fabric swatches.

kittifer · 25/02/2009 16:02

Hi all

Kittifer here - was sent over by Sassy

I was looking for new mums in the Bromsgrove area to meet up with and sassy mentioned a few of you are from around here.

I'm sorry I can't make Friday (still not allowed to drive), but if anyone from Bromsgrove area fancies a meet-up let somewhere closer let me know. Otherwise maybe I'll join you next time if that is OK

Littlefish · 25/02/2009 16:38

Hi Kittifer.

I think that ChairmumMioaw and Mummyfantastico are in your area, so look out for them on the boards.

Sorry you won't be able to join us on Friday.

Furball · 27/02/2009 10:32

Right - cos we are only 8 - on the understanding that mistressmiggins comes we don't need to pre order so after allllll that you can choose what you like tonight!

I'm not taking any info about what you did order.

OP posts:
Itsthawooluff · 27/02/2009 17:58

Aargghh - just got phone call from DH to say he is stuck in emergency meeting which has just started and so will not be back to babysit. Unless he is here by 7.30 will not be able to go, so if I'm not there by 8.10 I'm not going to be able to come.

Rats.

Have a pud for me............

NorbertDentressangle · 27/02/2009 18:01

oh no wooluff!

Have you not got a kindly friend or neighbour who can step in until he gets back?

PS- does that mean I get to eat 2 puddings?

Furball · 27/02/2009 18:10

crikey wooluffy! If you want to ring me/someone on my mobile, we could hang off on the food for a bit. i could always order you the morrocan chicken, if you are comming, it'll probably just be being served by the time you turn up.

remember that time I was 45 mins late
during the floods? Got there just intime for the food!
