Right not sure of the ins and outs, rights and wrongs, but I certainly asked about mouldies/mn thing at the meet-up as I've not been on mn properly since db3 arrived just before Christmas. From what I'd briefly glimpsed it all blew up just after she arrived so I missed it and had asked over lunch yesterday what had happened really out of sheer nosieness and also there's been a lot of changes with this site ie appearance etc so just trying to catch up with it all. I was given a very quick explanation going right back to the whole GF carry on. Feeling a bit rubbish because I think I may have inadvertently started it all off by mentioning it at all - really hadn't realised what a touchy subject the whole thing was until hearing about it iyswim.
Nothing bad was said about anyone and the only time Custy was mentioned it was to say what a shame that she'd not been able to come yesterday. I for one would have liked the chance to meet her again as last time i didn't get a chance to talk to her properly and she'd seemed like a nice lady.
As for things later it all happened after I'd gone home so really can't comment except to say I don't suppose the situation was viewed as clearly as it might have been if alcohol wasn't involved and things maybe need to be seen in light of that. I've a feeling things have snowballed into something much bigger and more important than should be given credence to. It is a real shame if this means no more meet-ups and leaves folk feeling so bad and I hope things calm down and are resolved without anymore unpleasantness.
Meantime hope all are well and thank you for a nice meet-up, db and I enjoyed the bit we were around for.
