Just found this thread and would like to say Hi. am new to MN and new to area. Live in Sutton. Maybe next time I could come too?

LunarSea · 27/04/2005 17:05

See you later then RB. Huggybear - if you're worried about finding us that I'll meet you outside if you like. I'll be in a silver SEAT with a registration starting with DY, to save you from having to approach too many random strangers!

Ronniebaby · 27/04/2005 17:36

See you later LS

Hiya motherofboys

I live in Tamworth, so not far from you, if you fancy a meet up in sutton, maybe the Fox & dogs Wacky, let me know

Whereabouts in Sutton are you???

OP posts:
motherofboys · 27/04/2005 17:39

Just about 2 streets from Wacky!! Only have one at home on Fridays now but nice to meet then?? - how old are yours?

Ronniebaby · 27/04/2005 18:06

Really sorry Ladies, gonna have to bow out, DS2 has had/got gastroentroitis.

We have been hoping it would get to us. But DH was ill yesterday & this morning, I've been feeling funny all day, and its finally hit me now, cant venture far from the house.

I'm really miffed, hoped it would get me tomorrow, but these things are sent to try us.

I've told Madambutterfly already yesterday as I had to canx her today too, don't want to pass it on really.

Motherof2boys

My boys are (DS1)4yrs8mnths & (DS2)4 months.

DS1 is at school from 9am - 3.30pm and DS2 is with me at the moment all the time.

If you want to meet up after school then I can be there about 4pm-4.15pm, otherwise during the day is me and baby. Let me know.

Email me on ronniebaby5569 (at) hotmail (dot) com
I'm on MSN Messenger too.

I regularly go thru Sutton to my Moms in Great Barr, which wacky the fox & dogs, wow thats close, and any friday would suit me, in fact at the moment anyday til June I go back to work then, working 3 days a week, which 3 are my choice and can be taken any time I want, altho I tend to work M,W,F, I can have a fri off if I want.

Ooops I'm back, had to run then, TMI

OP posts:
Ronniebaby · 27/04/2005 18:13

Should have been, We have been hoping it wouldn't get to us.

We didnt want it, just waiting for DS1 to get it now.

OP posts:
LunarSea · 27/04/2005 18:14

Huggybear - it's just the 2 of us then. Do you still want to do it or shall we rearrange for another date?

Ronniebaby · 27/04/2005 20:18

I'm sooo miffed, its my birtday next week so would have been nice for a night.

DH said I can go out whenever I like (except Thursdays), so we need to arrange another one ASAP

I dont mind Solihull or Sutton

OP posts:
LunarSea · 27/04/2005 22:37

RB - well only the two of us in the end - but we had a nice meal and at least we didn't miss anything by trying to keep up with too many different conversations at once!

I met up with the Worcester crownd last week, and we did talk about the possibility of doing a meet up a little further round the M42 from Solihull, so it would be within easy striking distance for them too. Somewhere like the Coach and Horses at Weatheroak Hill perhaps? Would that be too far for you?

Ronniebaby · 27/04/2005 23:05

LS - Weather Oak, Not sure where that is.

Right just looked it up on Multimap, not thats not a problem to me, Jct 2 M42.

Let me know what dates.

Is there a new thread started, sorry just soo knackered, deflated and exhuasted I cant be arsed to look tonight.

Cheers

OP posts:
LunarSea · 28/04/2005 07:46

Nope - no new thread yet. Do you want to start one or shall I?
