How about this Southampton night out? There's a new Persian restaurant called Yalda I fancy trying - anyone brave enough? Think it's near the Mayflower?
I live down the road from Homebird in Swaythling and have a 21m old and 6wk old - have just been told by GP to get a life!

While I'm here, on the subject of daytime meetups with preschoolers, I went to a great Surestart-run 'playroom' in Sholing the other week - actually really nice, new clean toys etc. Tues 2-4pm anyone can go along and just play for 50p, think there's coffee available but was too chicken to ask. DD loved it and there were plenty of people to help if DS (the new one) had kicked off (bit scary going out with the 2 of them.)

I'm a Lollipop agent so I do the odd demo at home and make a teeny bit of pocket money. Promise not to bore everyone about nappies although it is a bit of a passion
I gave up work last June (because DD was getting more interesting and work was getting more annoying) and immediately found out I was pg again - oops!
