I felt the tremor too. The shaking must have woke me up but i can't really remember it cos i was half asleep still iykwim. The wardrobe doors were rattling. Dh was at work so i rang him to make sure i wasn't imagining it. He said he nearly sh*t himself

Bloody hell, just seen on sky news website a man from Barnsley was taken to hospital cos the tremor made his chimney fall through the house

yeah I think I do - Norwich drove me last week - it's kind of a straight line! Justabout is coming too we are aiming for about 11.30.
I didn't feel the earthquake. I feel like I've missed out

There was an earthquake last year down near Deal, Kent. We were at a b&b (BIL wedding) and I was chatting to the owner when the house started rattling. It was weird, we both stopped talking for a sec., looked around and then continued without mentioning it (so very english!). It was like a huge articulated lorry had driven past the house! It was only later that I found it was an earthquake!

God it scared the life out of me. Thankfully DH was in bed with me and said it was the wind, I thought it was a tornado!!!!!

The bed shaking woke me up, thought it was DH!!!!!!!!

Morning everyone! Just look at the time of this post DS has his sleep deprived EEG today so we have had to get him up in the early hours so he will hopefully fall asleep at the hospital He thinks its great fun playing at 3.00am. Thank god for strong coffee!! I'm on the 3-5 shift then DH is doing a couple of hours with him whilst I go back to bed.
