Knickers - you don't post too much, makes me laugh all the nattering! Good luck with bf dd, I started training as a BF support worker before I left Norwich but didn't get very far sadly. Hoping to pick it up again when I'm back from my holidays

Heppy - ds is just so ovely (as are everyones dc mind!) I have an uncontrollable urge to pinch him, in a purely non malicious way I promise you, and if ds didn't kick up such a fuss when I hold another child I would probably have stolen him by now!

Sorry to hear you're feeling rotten Twiggy, not much fun especially when you have a lo to look after.

Phoenix - how rotten for you, hope things pick up soon

Mamfa - yes you will be close to me. I go to a really nice group on a Thurs on Huddersfield Road but that's the only one (as in the only one I go to, not the only nice group I go to iykwim!). I'm going away next Thurs for 6 weeks but you are welcome to CAT me before then if you want more information, or just a chat. I warn you I do have terrible urges to pinch babies though! Apart from that I'm pretty harmless I promise!

hi everyone, thanks for advice on nursery I will definately look into it as horbury isnt too far from where I will be living, its gutting having just got her settled in nursery having to move her so soon.

Hi Ginger - ds is fine in himself really, through the day anyway he's not sleeping too well. Yes he had mmr last june.

Hardknock, can't do next week - I'm in Paris (fancy pants), then when I get back thurs I have a dentists appt and have to go into school to see DD's teacher. Week after is good for me though!!!!

Phoenix - I didn't realise you could still get it after having MMR. Is it milder than normal? He's having a proper shitty time lately, isn't he?

God knows ginger. When we first noticed spots we looked in a childhood illness book and it sounded more like german measles but doc said measles.

I was telling my friend about your DS today, how cool I thought he looked in his neck scarf until you told me it was a muslin there to catch his dribbles! Kind of ruined the cred for a moment!

mamfa - my dd is 10 weeks now. I live in Worsbrough which is just round the corner from you and my mum & dad live in birdwell. I've started going to a parent & toddler group at the Salvation Army Church & Community Centre in Hoyland Common (not really much to do with the SA, just that it's a community centre) it's really busy and dd loves it, keeps her quiet for a couple of hours Let me know if you want to come along.
