You did this on purpose knowing I couldn't come didn't you oh vampiric one!

madgirl · 15/10/2004 21:37

will i be allowed the odd silkie??

willow2 · 15/10/2004 21:51

Of course.

PotPourri · 15/10/2004 21:55

What's the location of this poetry reading then? I'm pregnant and due on 1 Dec, but knowing my luck will still be sitting there twiddling my thumbs, eating curries and raspberry leaf tea! Won't be able to join in the getting rat-arsed bit, and I need to be fairly close to home, well hospital actually, for obvious reasons.

CountessDracula · 16/10/2004 14:37

oh big bums that saturday is the 4th!

Don't know where it will be yet, i guess it depends on how many are coming!

fairyfly · 16/10/2004 20:28

well, i have decided to come so looking forward xxx

Earlybird · 16/10/2004 20:35

Hope to join too, though won't be possible if date gets pushed any later in December as I'm going away on the 9th. This seems to be a tough group to coordinate dates for! Looking forward to meeting you all......

Kaz33 · 16/10/2004 20:36

Yes please

OldieMum · 16/10/2004 20:48

Since we are extending the boundaries of SW London somewhat, any chance of a lunchtime party, rather than an evening one, for the sake of those of us going back to the sticks? Or would it violate the spirit of an Xmas meet-up?

serenequeen · 16/10/2004 21:16

ok sat 4th. have a mild preference for lunchtime myself - but not fatal if not.

willow2 · 16/10/2004 21:32

I can only come out at night. Sunlight burns.

serenequeen · 16/10/2004 21:33

i thought you were a slayer not a vampire? surely it is cd who will be in her coffin in the daylight hours? i prepare to be corrected...

madgirl · 16/10/2004 21:45

so is it the 4th or 5th?

madgirl · 16/10/2004 21:48

oi one of you must be up

unicorn · 16/10/2004 21:49

please, someone,(anyone) take control of this thread.. and tell everyone a date, place and time.
I am sure you will get someone to turn up!

You can't please all the people all the time... (and other such cliches)

madgirl · 16/10/2004 21:51

hear hear

willow2 · 16/10/2004 22:03

If the 4th is a Saturday then I suppose that is what CD meant. As it is a SW Christmas party I presume the plan is to have it round Richmond way. Don't expect a venue to be agreed on this early into the proceedings - we'll have to get our thinking caps on and have a rough idea of how many people want to come, then she/we can pick a location.

willow2 · 16/10/2004 22:04

I've MSN'd her to get on here and post.

CountessDracula · 17/10/2004 01:40

Right you lot

I am taking control of this

It is Saturday 4th December, Venue to be confirmed as we don't know numbers yet So, get your requests in by Monday 1st December and then we will look at numbers and think about WHERE.

OK?
