How much of a deposit would we have to pay on booking? Or would we have to pay in full?

Maybe if we were all to pay a deposit to one person (eg via paypal) then if someone doesn't turn up for whatever reason they'd just have to forfeit their deposit? Means no one person is paying out a lump sum & risking losing their own cash.

TBH the Roxburghe does look good & is easy to get to from Waverley but at £46 each it may be a bit expensive, especially once you've added travel & drinkies.

I'm happy to go with the flow though

It's ok Naily.. I couldn't have gone. There were four of us. They would have forsaken me for ever if I'd gone on my own. (Didn't see the thread tho as may have decided "bugger 'em.. )
