Don't worry naily - I'll help you eat your main course

nailpolish · 14/11/2007 14:15

bobsmum · 14/11/2007 14:18

Excellent M&S detective work, will get some ASap.

But my dress isn't there - I did see the other black one, but not the other 2. Mine is a low v neck, kind of empire line with a tie at the back. Floaty over bump (which has now appeared ).

nailpolish · 14/11/2007 14:21

that sounds lovely bobsmum

OP posts:
nailpolish · 14/11/2007 14:22

mawbroon - you are most welcome. i scoffed your pud in tigerlily when you had to leave sharpish

OP posts:
mawbroon · 14/11/2007 14:22

Did it work? DS asks for "ditzi a-oo"

Ditzi = grated. Not sure where he got that from!

mawbroon · 14/11/2007 14:24

Oh excellent! I am so glad to hear that pudding didn't go to waste!!

nailpolish · 14/11/2007 14:24

i ws telling someone else about it, not sure if it worked

OP posts:
mawbroon · 14/11/2007 14:26

I see. What was my top tip? Was it for after tummy bug, or just in general to get child to eat it. I can't remember!

nailpolish · 14/11/2007 14:41

Hey all

I am going shopping on Saturday with my friend for a dress quake so wish me luck!!!

Project i don't know if you got my email yesterday buti remember i sent you one last week too and don't think you got that one either. If you didn't could you check your spam folder or summat? Thank you

Glad you got a nice maternity dress bobsmum, there is so much nice stuff around now. I was pg with ds1 17 years ago and the mat wear was grim.Or maybe that was just mine lol!!

prettybird · 15/11/2007 09:54

Hope you have a successful shopitn trip agalch!

prettybird · 15/11/2007 09:54

... or even shopping trip....

mawbroon · 15/11/2007 15:24

Ok, I hear talk of dresses and the like.

Just how dressed up are you all going to be?

I must be odd as glamming up stresses me out and I hate shopping!!

All I have in my wardrobe are scruffy jeans and fleeces. You'll get a phone call from me on the night, "I'm outside, they won't let me in" unless I go and do something about this....

bobsmum · 15/11/2007 15:34

Mawbroon - I'm wearing a dress cos it's all I can fit into! All my jeans are done up with hair bobbles because I'm bursting out of them, but don't have a bump (or budget!)big enough to get into maternity trousers.

Can hopefully wear this dress with posh shoes for night out and then boots for daytime. Will get extremem p*ss taken out of me at toddler group if I turn up in a dress - they'll think I've gone all Boden

mawbroon · 15/11/2007 15:59

LOL bobsmum, what a shame that they'll take the piss at toddlers! Better that they take this piss than sit around in cliques ignoring you though! (Assuming it is friendly piss taking of course)

I don't do dresses though, or skirts. I even got married wearing a pair of trousers. I did have lipstick on that day though. Maybe if I rummage in the drawer I might be able to find it....

bobsmum · 15/11/2007 16:00

Definitely friendly thank goodness

Jambuttie · 18/11/2007 10:59
