Hehe Kalex, have now posted under the correct thread title!

Just in case you didn't see this on the old Meetup thread, I'll paste my last post:

"Was having a think, as well as waterproofs, it might be worth bringing a wee torch for you and the kids, as we have no power between 12am and 8am, so if they need the loo in the night they might need it. There are battery operated lights in the rooms at the b&b but you might want a torch to accompany you to the loo!"

Ooooh I'm sooooo excited.....

Hi, miaou! While you're about, DH has just installed boys' new comp so tomorrow will take the old one to work and empty it; he wants to know if you would like anything installed afterwards like Word or Excel or Lotus? (We also have some random children's software from Dell, unused, that came with our PC, if you might be interested I will find out what it is and give you the details.)

How fantastic to have a meetup on Muck!

Hallo JanH! Just disappeared off to play ludo with dd1, she's a bit peed off with me now because I wouldn't cheat and let her win!!!!

The computer as a blank canvas is probably best, dh is away just now (fixing computers on a neighbouring island ), although he may possibly be interested in some of the software if its going spare!

We can have our very own Meet up soon!

Well, A meetup in Muck, think I shall be in that area soon. May have to attend

Rach has just got a new torch, so shall bring that. Going shopping on Saturday for the waterproofs

No Miaou but I've been to Isle of Lewis - going through Skye and Harris on the way - I kind of thought the islands would be pretty similar? On Lewis the beach at Reef is almost tropical and the sea is ice blue and the water is ice cold !

PS Kalex, have you got a digi camera? We could (if you wanted) share some piccies with those one or two mnetters unable to attend..... Alternatively, we could post a lot of pictures of sheep

OIMGOD so excited, Mioua, is just the most lovely person, DD is getting to go to After school club to meet all the other children on Tuesday afternoon.
