OK, <deep breath> if I organise it....Is anyone up for a Christmas meet-up in a hotel where we can drink, eat, dance and hear each other. It will require approx. a tenner (non-returnable if you drop out) in advance?

Function room in central London hotel (easy for everyone to get to, with rooms at hopefully a good rate, on-site)

Some food, some wine (or whatever) and a DJ.

You can get a Fri/Sat night party boat on the Thames with DJ and cold xmas buffet for around £1500 for 50 people or £1800 for 100 people - how many people go to these meet ups?

Samuel Pepys looks good except that it closes at 11:00 (or midnight for an extra £100).

I think we ruled out the cruise idea last year because people will want to come and go throughout the night, and with a cruise everyone has to be there for the departure or swim to catch up.

Somebody just tell me where we're going, when, time, and how much!!

Would like somewhere to;

eat and chat (without shouting)
drink and chat (without shouting)
dance and chat (without shouting)

and preferably all in the same place, don't care if it's a hotel, pub, restaurant.
