We are setting off in 5 mins. I will keep the balloon with us at all times if pos!
DS wants to go up to the jungle room which is in the education zone - I think it's called that - so after 3 we may be there. We will stay till 4.30 at least. Could do tea if you are still up for it

Nevermind. Glad your shed arrived. Hope you gave the bloke an ear full. DH came and gave me 2 hours off to go to the sales!! Unexpected pleasures! So I stayed until gone 4pm and then checked out Princes st. There's some great sales - on account of the bad weather I guess. So not a bad afternoon despite not meeting. Better luck next time and a bit more notice maybe . Perhaps kitten122 will carry on and get something together while we are away...

Back getting better, just taking pain killers for it, have tried treatments but they work for a bit, had this problem since i was 21, weird thing was thro all through my pregnancy it was fine!!!.

oh bollocks, missed it. sorry everyone, i had suggested a meetup at the botanics some time ago and then i just disappeared. will check other edinburgh threads to see if anything else is being arranged....slinks off again....

Cant find any other recent threads for Edinburgh - cant really do evening meet ups as dd2 is only 10 mo and still wakes up and freaks if im not there but up for daytime meetups in central Edinburgh (no car) with kids. sorry in advance if i say im coming and then dont - am up and down to my sisters in Perthshire over the summer and dates for that are not fixed....hope to meet some of you at some point tho...

Hi Malaleche. I remember the botanics idea. I disapeared too with our move looming. We are going away next week but ds is starting p1 and so we have free afternoons until the Sept weekend so could do something in central Edinburgh late Aug, early Sept. How old is d1?

Hi, DD1 is nearly 4. We are only here till 2nd Sept and DP joins us before that on the 16th Aug, we could still manage a meet up tho...will check again after next week....

We are back on 13th Aug and ds starts p1 on 15th. Dont know if it will work out with your timings but we could try!
