hi Coco4, how old is your badly-sleeping dd? my dd3 (2) slept very badly just after we moved last year, it took a few weeks for her to sleep properly. She tantrummed quite a lot too which was very unlike her.

Hi Fennel, hope your well, dd2 is 15mths, she has got better but i do think the move had alot too do with it, as this was our second move in 4mths!

hi Coco4, we had 2 moves last year too, 5 months apart. I'd been worried that the older two would be disturbed by the moves but they were fine, while my 2yo was the most stressed by it all. I suppose because she didn't know what was going on. Her disrupted behaviour only lasted a few weeks each time though.

A word of warning, if your new health visitor checks up on you, don't say your toddler is disturbed. I did this when she met us just after moving, and am still getting "concerned" phone calls about dd3's behaviour issues. Which she doesn't really have, she's angelic mostly.

are there plans for a new meet up now Coco4 has arrived? if it's daytime then Friday suits me, or next Monday. evenings are mostly free.

Thanx for the advice,dd2 is much happier now.I would love to meet up, im free next friday in the day or eve, or thurs eve. A nite out would be fun, mayb one of the new places, tapas bar or strada?

Is the new tapas bar called La Tasca, round the corner from Wagamama.

How about a toddler-oriented daytime meet-up next Friday 27 april at Dinkys? (that's the toddler soft play cafe behind Foodeaze). This coming Friday I would have all my dds with me and I guess others will also be swamped with too many children, but other Fridays it's just me and dd3.

What about anyone else? Lesleyworm, Baysmum etc?

About 10.30ish, maybe? Or for lunch, I don't mind, but some people might have pre-school pick-ups - Greensleeves might come and she has this.

I went to foodeaze last week, i was very impressed and thought it was well priced, and they have highchairs!

just got back from Crealy where i was getting more nd more aggitated by wildly over enthusiatic and very loud mother of one (sure you know the type) 'well done whatever yer name is, blah balh blah" look at me being a very clever and involved parent teaching my child lots of things very loudly so everyone cn see what a great mother i am. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
