PS

Valium - I'll bring the bowl for you to lick out the mixture....less dishes for me! lol

Is that tomorrow friday or next week friday although both are fine. Not up to anything tomorrow afternoon if anyone wants to come round.
People with choccy cakes are especially welcome....
Rhodri asked me to make cookies today but it went hideously wrong and instead of staying as neat biscuit thingies they spread, like mutant aliens, and dripped off the baking tray. Mind you, what was left was yummy

Hiya

Next Friday if thats ok? I'm viewing nurseries tomorrow and got audiology with Yusuf...totally routine appt but given my hearing loss am quite apprehensive and I hate hearing tests at best of times so hope I don't cry when see Yusuf having one....get emotional just thinking about it!!

Do you want me to bring some of my Islam books for you to look at?

wheresthevalium · 11/03/2007 09:14

Next Friday is fine with me.

Thanks for the offer of the bowl Nikki, much appreciated!

Hope all went well at audiology with Yusef

Passed with flying colours ...thank God...I cried when I got there, during it and after in the car....soppy mare that I am! Its so cute though cos he's already my ears - if DH comes into the room, he turns so I know someone is in the room and then I turn...bless him!

Did you use any nurseries when your DD's were younger? If so, any recommendations - on a hunt for one for DS now.....

Thats wonderful! I'm so pleased. Have you started signing to him? Might be worth teaching him some so you can have a secret language when you want a private chat. Toddlers pick up sign amazingly quickly. Even Celyn understands some but she can't sign back.
Looking forward to seeing you all next friday. Did I give you my address? I've got lots of toys, crayons, games etc and Celyn loves watching other kids. I asked her if she liked 'the baby' and she made a 'yes mouth'
I'm always open to more books on Islam so thankyou.

Hiya

I can't get into Yahoo at the mo to send you my e-mail addy so I'll text it to you and then you can send me the directions (fool proof please! lol!!)

Have started to sign to Yusuf - I love the singing hands on Something Special and I've learnt the sign to 5 little speckled frogs etc and Yusuf loves it!! Its more baby sign rather than BSL though as I don't use BSL unless I'm with other deaf people - am a bit touchy about using it for myself - its my only chip on my shoulder about being deaf...weird

Glad Celyn liked Yusuf - look forward to it too and warn your DH he may have to park my car for me!!

bobalinga · 12/03/2007 18:03

DH doesn't drive
But he'spretty good at back seat driving and unwanted advice heheheh

bobalinga · 14/03/2007 15:03
