Quootiepie · 15/11/2006 20:10

No dress code there (I had to double check) so jeans OK if people were fretting.

imaginaryfriend · 15/11/2006 21:44

What are you going to wear QP?

crunchie · 16/11/2006 21:44

I will be printoing out the list (inc the dithers) on Sat and taking it lone, however don't worry it will be cool even if your name is not on teh list.

Carmenere · 16/11/2006 21:48

Wow, it seems to have come around so quickly now. Only two days away.

I've made my badge.

NotQuiteCockney · 16/11/2006 22:10

I've shaved my head, which is equivalent to booking a hairdresser appointment .

crunchie · 16/11/2006 22:11

I've bought my outfit arranged accommadation and will do my hair on the night

Quootiepie · 16/11/2006 22:12

im wearing jeans and a top... undecided on which one! I have them sat infront of me right now oh, and heels.

Jelley · 16/11/2006 22:17

I've organised childcare and overnight accommodation.
Will borrow clothes on the night...

Pinkchampagne · 16/11/2006 22:21

I've booked my hotel now & it's cost me lots, so I am definitely a definite!

mustrunmore · 16/11/2006 22:24

I've made a half hearted attempt at a badge. Love my boots and my borrowed vardy, not so sure about the rest. Wish I had presentable jeans. But I'm mildly excited now! Which is as good as it gets for me!

NotQuiteCockney · 16/11/2006 22:25

Oh god, I was meant to have a badge, but failed to sort it. Well, I did knit one with my initials on, but it's not really in the spirit of the whole badge thing ...

Jelley · 16/11/2006 22:26

Use the knitted one. It's great.

Quootiepie · 16/11/2006 22:26

bugger, badge... pants... Might just take a big sticky label

Pinkchampagne · 16/11/2006 22:28

Haven't sorted a badge yet. Have my last year badge, but I now have a new name so cannot use it!

NotQuiteCockney · 16/11/2006 22:28

I like the knitted one, although I do need to iron it or glue it to something so it stays flat.

I just realised, after making it, that I had a good pictorial not-quite-cockney person. Next time.

imaginaryfriend · 16/11/2006 22:29

I never get my hair done. It just sort of is. And I've only really got one choice of outfit so no real stress there.

mustrunmore · 16/11/2006 22:29

Quootie, how on earth are you going to do one? Its s'posed to be a pictorial representation of your name! Though mine was hard enough!

Quootiepie · 16/11/2006 22:30

im quootie personified!

errr...nooot.

Quootiepie · 16/11/2006 22:30

ill pin a fine lookin' pork pie to my lapel then

FrannyandZooey · 17/11/2006 08:03

Can someone advise me on my badge? I know it is a bit precious, but I don't want to put a pin through my dress (is a sort of shiny smooth fabric that will show a pin hole)

I was going to print one out, but how can I print onto a label?

NotQuiteCockney · 17/11/2006 08:37

You can buy laserprintable labels, although they normally come in big boxes.

Tortington · 17/11/2006 08:45

double backed sticky tape

string round neck effort?

wrist band?

dont wear one - rhubarbs option.

Rhubarb · 17/11/2006 09:34

Or throw everyone with a badge that says "Dadslib"
