Now where shall we go? As i recall from past meets Kingston was most accessible by all for public transport. Shall we try this again? Or I would be happy to do Richmond or Twickenham? But, I think Twickers is a pain to get to for the Ealingites.

How about Itallian?

(Mrs. Big cheeckbones if you come type here, please try not to kill it)

Uwilalalalalala · 10/11/2006 10:54

Hey, Rhubarb, are there name tags involved in this night? And, do you know if there is a pre-party dinner somewhere?

Rhubarb · 10/11/2006 10:56

I think a lot of them are wearing some kind of badge type thing, except me cause I refuse to wear a stoopid badge!

And yes there is a pre-party meet-up but I'm not going so you'll have to ask on the thread I guess!

mellowandreadyforchristmas · 10/11/2006 11:32

Hi puds,

I've just texted you.

mellowandreadyforchristmas · 10/11/2006 13:09

I'm feeling much better today so I'm really looking forward to tonight. .

Would have been gutted if I couldn't come. I hope we're all still going to meet up.

harktheheraldfoxessing · 10/11/2006 13:57

I'm still on and will get there about 7.15ish

mellowandreadyforchristmas · 10/11/2006 16:22

Pud and I will be there at 7. If we're there first, we'll get a table for 6. See you all there.

Paddlechick666 · 11/11/2006 08:33

did none of you lot rush home and post in a drunken manner?

I'm disappointed in you!

harktheheraldfoxessing · 11/11/2006 09:17

Morning

I had a really nice time last night.

Pumpkin and unhallowed - it was nice to get to know you a bit more and hear about your LOs etc

Uwila/Quokka - it was great to catch up with you again

PC - we missed you

I liked Wagamamas - it was straightforward and unpretentious, and the food was good. Hope everyone got back home OK. I got soaked in the rain, but the drive only took about 7 minutes!! (after a wet 10 minute walk to the car )

mellowandreadyforchristmas · 11/11/2006 09:47

Morning everyone,

I had a really nice time too. Quokka, it was great to meet you and it was great to just sit down with everyone and chat about being mums.

pudding77 · 11/11/2006 10:37

morning all, I enjoyed last night, good to be able to chat to everyone & I got to have a lie-in this morning which was also really nice!

2quokkasandaparetree · 11/11/2006 11:01

Hi guys thanks for a great evening!

Uwila did you get home OK?

Mellow the colourists name is Katie and the salon is called Cascade and the number is 0208 994 6055.

Foxy check this website out for names here

Puds I got a lie in as well

ComeOVeneer · 11/11/2006 11:03

Glad you all had a good time. I'm looking forward to joining you at one of these evenings soon.

mellowandreadyforchristmas · 11/11/2006 11:33

Thanks quokka. Which hair stylist would you recommend? Do you know if any of them are really good with short hair?

2quokkasandaparetree · 11/11/2006 12:02

Theres only 3 of them, and they've all cut my hair really well. Paul is the most expensive and the best, (been doing it his whole life)! My last cut was so expensive because Paul did it all - semi permanent colour, treatment, highlights, cut, then a blow dry! If you give them a call and ask them about your hair type then they'll tell who is best. Be warned if you cancel your appointment 24hrs before your appointment, you get charged for it! It's because they are a really small salon.

harktheheraldfoxessing · 11/11/2006 15:14

Quokka - thanks for that. I think I might have found it before (last time I was pregnant) but thanks for reminding me it exists!

Nearer the time I might post a shortlist of names and ask for votes!

mellowandreadyforchristmas · 12/11/2006 09:43

ok, will steer clear of Paul until I land amazing job that pay loads.

foxie, i'm sure you'll pick a really nice name. I love the names of your dd and ds. Very original.

harktheheraldfoxessing · 12/11/2006 13:03

Thanks nice and mellow
