Calling all new Mums St Albans, Herts!!!!

I am a new Mum aged 36 to my precious daughter who is now 17 weeks old(born 24th May 2006.
Would love to hear from any mums with similar aged babies in St Albans. Not originally from this area, which doesn't make it easy.
Look forward to hearing from you all soon.

Hi Edam, My son is 3.9yrs and loves that slide too. My daughter who's 14months goes down it on my lap! Pity you can't make this meet up.

2pm is too late for me as I need to leave at just before 3 to collect from a St. albans school. I could get there a bit earlier though and look out for you when you come. Unless anyone else can come earlier?

I probably could come a bit earlier pm. We have a toddler group 10-12 and I was trying to allow some time for lunch and a nap for DD, as she won't sleep anywhere bar in her cot! If everyone else can make earlier then we could always miss the morning group if necessary.

We can't come before 12 as I don't collect my son till 11.30 from Nursery. I couldn't go in morning without him, not fair, he'd go mad! and dd will have a sleep then.
I can meet from 12 onwards. Could your lo sleep in morning at home then?

If anybody is interested I am meeting Mellt13 on Thursday 12th at 11am Marks & Spencers Cafe, St Peters Street, St Albans. It may suit those who can't make 'The Big Space' on Wed 11th or for those who wish to do both?

Now I'm muddled! Is it Thursday instead of Wednesday, or as well as? I can't make Thurs, but if you guys don't want to do 2 days running then how about we try for Harpenden the following week instead? That way at least Pennies will have moved and we can welcome her!

I think its both CSWS.
I can't do Thur 12th as I have a coffee morning with the new mums from my sons nursery. And I usually go to a toddler group on thur mornings in town to meet up with some other friends!

Wed are best for me.

I can still do wed 11th!!
V confusing this meet up lark.

Yep it's both if people can do/or want to do both. I am not sure about Wed as yet as we may have appointment in London but waiting to hear should know by Monday. Thurs is confirmed for me,Mellt13 & WriggleJiggle. Anybody else interested?

Wrigglejiggle - think it's just me and princessmel who can make wedns. Are you up for it? If not then perhaps we should rearrange? Don't think we settled on a def time - shall we say 1pm in the toddler area (to the right as you come in)? Hopefully I can get DD fed in time to make that.

Hi, yes I can do 1pm CSWS. Would it be easier for you to feed your dd there if you're worried you may not have time to feed her? I've fed my dd there loads of times.

I'll be collecting my ds from nursery, giving them both a quick lunch then coming over to Big space, then collecting my childminding child from school, then going to Ds friends party tea!!! Phew!!!

pmsl has anyone actually managed to meet from all this lol im well confused, im a 34 year old mum close to st albans, i drive so anywhere within a 20 mile radius is fine for me, i don,t have a newborn my little one is 2 but im trying for another baby at the moment. would love to make some new friends as most of mine have gone back to work. i also have 2 older children a boy 16 and girl 13 mail me at [email protected] or [email protected]
