I can probably join you for a drink later in the afternoon, but DS1's rugby team has an away game that day so not sure what time DH will be back to look after the little ones. If it's a nice day I might be able to persuade them all to go, but I can't count on it.

MABS · 07/09/2006 08:05

that'd be good Sunny, how are the Oz plans going? u at gym at all soon?

OP posts:
sunnydelight · 07/09/2006 18:15

Oz plans full steam ahead MABS - DH's company finally saw sense and realised if they didn't transfer him they would lose him so he has not only got the transfer, they have given him a pretty major promotion as well so we're extremely happy. We hope to make the move in April. The health club is one of those things that just makes me guilty every time I think about it - haven't been there since the end of last term so I really need to go or just quit! DD will be starting at the nursery class where DS2 goes to school in a couple of weeks, so if you are up for a morning coffee while I'm still a member that would be nice.

MABS · 08/09/2006 12:28

that'd be good sunny, usually there mon, tues, thurs am.

What about the rest of you for 1 October? i'll get a complex.... Custy? Scummy? Cam ? etc

MABS, thanks for responding to my post earlier.

think i shall say quickly, "can gate crash too?" before i have a chance to change my mind.

how many going altogether and who else hasn't met before? [nervous emoticon]

MABS · 08/09/2006 19:05

not entirely sure on numbers at the mo, but there are 4/5 saying they are coming that i haven't met before. It'll prob be 8/10 of us I gues. I'm thinkin maybe Donatello's - what do people think? at least we won't be rushed out.

OP posts:
sunnydelight · 08/09/2006 19:58

Donatellos is a good idea MABS - great for groups, and not expensive.

MABS · 08/09/2006 20:05

glad you agree Sunny

OP posts:
Vindaloo · 08/09/2006 20:46

Mabs - yep!! Donatellos sounds very ideal, no problems for me. Let me know what time you are thinking so that I can get a babysitter organized (i'm a single mum). Am really looking forward to meeting you guys. X

MABS · 08/09/2006 20:54

does 12.30 sound good to people?

OP posts:
Vindaloo · 08/09/2006 21:21

Yep, good for me. How am I going to know who you are???

mrs2shoes · 08/09/2006 21:31

MABS · 09/09/2006 07:50

noonar · 09/09/2006 08:15

chocolatemummy · 09/09/2006 11:06

mabs don't think I'll be able to come as dh is at work that sunday, will come if I can though, Donatellos is nice and central
whats happened to custy and farmerted?

mrs2shoes · 09/09/2006 11:22

is fatimama comming?

sunnydelight · 09/09/2006 18:36

Looks like I should be able to make the whole thing unless it is totally pissing down, so count me in if you're booking a table MABS. DH is happy to take the little ones to watch DS1's rugby game - DS2 won't be too keen, but unless it's totally miserable weather I don't think it's unreasonable for him to go occasionally. I usually end up stuck at home on a Sunday so it would be really nice to catch up.

MABS · 10/09/2006 08:49

great Sunny, real shame Choccie, don't know about Fattiemama- hope she's coming tho.

OP posts:
mrs2shoes · 10/09/2006 12:34

i am going to go and shout her name as want to meet her
(AND EVERY ONE ELSE AS WELL)

Vindaloo · 11/09/2006 09:49

Just wanted to say I am really looking forward to meeting you guys!! X
