sorry sorry , can only do Sun 1 Oct lunch due to Dh's work.

Or could do Sat 23 Sept for afternoon drinx from 3.30, and early eve munchies if we want.

would love to do sept 24th as its my birthday on the 22nd but i share it with DS so its unlikely i would get away without feeling guilty.

1st seems OK though.

I should make it but have op on Monday and they say two weeks at least to convalesce. I'm pretty sure I'll be alright by then though and will certainly be in dire need of a meet.

Mabs, depends what you mean by very central?
Lunch would be nice somewhere we are not hurried out to free the table (like Alfresco's) lol
the bali brasserie in Hove is lovely, I am not sure what the day time routine is but it does lovely chinese/cantonese food and has a great big lounge/bar area to chill out in afterwards.
