I am still here, btw, just mainly lurking due to hating battling autocorrect on my bloody iPhone! My birthday is in November too, but since I can't drink, am absolutely exhausted all the time, and can't get back home after a night out (bloody trains), I'll have to duck out again. I'll happily do a daytime meet up though!

I'll check about the 8th Nov... I know hubby is trying to arrange a meet up with some mates in November but I don't know if he's confirmed a date.
I've checked the calender and I think it looks like that we have DSS that weekend, so yes I can make it.
Will need to double check though.

We are doing fine thanks, the smallest one is currently feeding while the slightly less small one is fast asleep between me and DH as she woke herself up with her excessive snottiness and has moved into our bed to spread the germs and wipe snot all over the sheets

Hopefully I will manage not to have a stinking cold by 8 November, so count me in provisionally!

Juney, any more on house?

I finished painting the living room today! Mother is hopefully going to finish removing wallpaper off the other wall so we can wallpaper and I will hopefully move in next weekend!

Gah! My after school child care has fallen through. No ones fault but gah.

AIBU to secretly hope Juney's families emigrate and I can have her all to myself?

Finally, DH has summoned the nerve and told MIL that I am pg - now I'm nearly 15w and showing.

Her response? "Oh no!"

On the whole it went better than expected . She was too horrified at us having a second child without owning our own home that she forgot to lecture us!

Next weekend I'm sending DH over on his own. He can have the lecture whilst V and I go to the park

i can't stress how much i am looking forward to November 8th!

What game can i get ds2? Or sort of ds2. Each child getting a stack of books (sorted) for Christmas plus am accumulating a pile of board games. Got sorry and articulate for kids so far, want something a little more geared towards ds2 so i can at least pretend I've got him a present but don't want any more bloody Orchard toys games that make me want to slit my wrists. already have connect 4 and snakes and ladders and stuff.

Oh I was going to suggest orchard game types.
