Wedgiesmum - I can meet you all at the Spa (train due in to Sheffield at 14.35); or I can come to you first and travel in together. (Trains in to your station at 11.52, 12.53, or 13.52.) What suits you best? Obviously I can get a taxi from the station to yours.

Ok, Wedgiesmum. I am at the Spa right now - looking fab with a head full of foils They have one short slot at 5pm - they can fit in an express manicure for £15. I have booked it for you anyway, but can you let me know if you don't want it - so I can cancel. Sorry, there wasn't much time left - the manicure person is busy!

sorry been a bit lazy :
Have rung and I cannot have the scrub or use the spa - scrub too stimulating apparently
I've kept the appt booked in my name so if anyone else wants the scrub let me know.
I'm wondering what to do for best
I am feeling pretty grim at the moment with sickness and headaches and tiredness so I might pull out this time. Given my issues with eating atm, dinner would be one heck of a challenge as would staying awake
so if anyone wants my place...

Regards cancelling - so long as you give the Spa 24 hours notice you get a full refund on your deposit. As it came of my credit card, I get refunded on the day and I will send it to you.

Mind you, I have asked a couple of friends if they are interested so we may still find someone to take your place as well.
