Okay, booking now - well when they phone me back. I have 9 confirmed (I think), 1 possibiities and 4-5 others who have been before and I have text/e-mailed to check up on.

So going to provisionally book for 15, plus 6 scrubs. It is easier to cancel provisionally booking IME than add extra people I think.

For anyone else. Please keep adding your names for me - but not on update type list, just on thread. If on today I can sort it straight away. Howver if after tonight I will sort it at end of June - away on holiday from early hours. Adding the odd person is not normally a problem anway :)

She is really looking forward to starting schooll.

I pity the poor teacher though as I put down the name of one of her nursery friends hoping to get her in the sme class, friend's mum has done the same. THey should hopefully be in the same class but when they are together they are very noisy, hence the pity for their teacher. We will find out for definite who is in her class when we go to the new parents meeting next tuesday evening.

DD's birthday is 1st August and my parents usually come down from Scotland. Not sure how long they are staying, but we will try to msake the Nottingham meet on the 3rd if we can. How far is is from the station?

About a 10 minute walk IIRR. We walked from station last time. Actually a few of us met up at the station to walk across together.

It'll be nice for your DD to have a freind in her class. DD doesn't know anyone yet. They will be 13 girls in her class and we do have their names and contact details. We have already informally arranged tomeet up with 2 sets of families before September, which will be good though.

Right, important bits now as booking procedure has now changed.

I first need all confirmed spa and treatment details no later than Friday 7th July as I need to confirm no later than 10th July (4 week's today).

I will need full names (as well as use names to help me) and your requirements. I need to know if you have been before or not.

And I will also need a 50% deposit from everyone - but only to cover the cost of the spa, not any treatments - so £11.50. You pay the balance on the day. I have to get them this on that 10th July date.

You can send me the deposit by cheque (ask me for address) payable to either the Spa or to me (I on't do a runner!) or by Paypal (but you will need to cover the cost of my fees for receieving the money}. I can do cash also, but obviously disguise this carefully in the post.

I have so far booked in 15 Spa Experiences and 4 scrubs.

I need to do final confirmations by 10th July (no later)

If I get any new changes today I will do it today.

It is currently booked in my name and they have my card details.

You can cancel your place up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
If you cancel on the day or don't show you will be charged. This will be on my credit card though, so please don't do that to me! If you are cancelling on the day for any reason please let me know and please send me the rest of your money!

All scrub places now gone (bar mine if someone wants it and hasn't tried it before) as we have 5 booked and there was already 1 place booked out by someone else.

Gingerbear - your facial is not yet booked. Need to know which facial and what time you want it. If I don't get to book it today it'll be after the hols, OR you can phone the Spa up yourself and add it - 0114 2211877. Booking is under my name and my address.

Hi Piffle. I will add you to our confirmed list. You can have my scrub place. I will try a massage or facial - done the scrubs before. They are good! Give me chance to try something new :)
