Anyone fancy a meet-up luch time on Wednesday 25th Feb ?
If there are as many of us as last time maybe we should try and book somewhere.

i have a meeting in canary wharf at 11 so wouldn't be able to get there until 1pm but want to come so count me in and save me a seat!

kaz33did you manage to find out if you can book at All Bar One?
If not I have an alternative - Ciro's Pizza Pomodoro is Bishopsgate Churchyard. Two mins from Liverpool St Station. They do Pizza & Pasta and we can book.

Hi all,

Don't mean to intrude as you all seem to know each other, but I wanted to offer some advice to Madgirl. I'm in exactly the same position but have (finally) managed to get my Director to agree to pay me commission for the period of OML (not AML unfortunately) by proving how much I have forward sold into Q2 and Q3. Is this feasible for you to do? It is something that is quite often at the discretion of your manager or director if you feel able to approach them about it. Would love to hear how you get on if you can.

Thanks for your interest/concern everyone. Firstly look forward to seeing everyone on 25th definitely save me a seat and I?ll get there as soon as I can. Re my commission problem, both boss and HR have been quite firm on this issue but they have agreed that even though my last day in the office is 16th April, my 4 weeks holiday which I will then take in a block prior to my maternity leave starting will take me up to mid-May, and I will get pro-rata commission (i.e. for the period from April 1st until Mid-may- roughly half of the quarter). I don?t think as a team we will hit much of the target, so I am not losing a huge amount of sleep over it, but at least I?ll get something. Enough at least for a pizza on 25th

Hi Kayleigh! Hope your doing ok? I had to share this with you!!!!!! My babys 1st op anniversary today.......... Your meet-up sounds good, I would like to join you, BUT, would I be able to drive there and find somewhere to park? if not where is the nearest tube station that has a carpark? As you know, me and my car are never parted!!! Very unhealthy I know!

There is an NCP just off the end of Bishopsgate - Lamb Street - something like that I think it is caled - will check when I go out for lunch - its £7 a day so not sure how much would be for part of day or if you would need to book a space.
