any SHEFFIELD/SOUTH YORKSHIRE mums?

Hi. Only been on mumsnet a few months but have noticed majority come from down south. Are there any Sheffield/South Yorkshire mums on? As you can probably guess, I'm from Sheffield!

Weather forecast for Friday is still looking good. Anyone thing taking some sandwiches (from Zoobys!) into the Peace Gardens (behing Winter gardens) is a good idea? Fountains may be on - bring a towel. You know the children will get wet if the go anywhere near!!! lol

i will pack a towel! DD1 will play in the fountains until she turns blue and then have to be dragged out kicking and screaming!

Everyone still okay for this lunch time, and with venue?

Today's weather forecast is for sunshine and no rain still. About 20 degrees, so a bit cooler than yesterday but still nice. Hopefully sun will burn through clouds soon, but still early!

Was lovely last night. Spent evening in the garden and had a BBQ :) DD is lovely having a garden this year and all her outdoor toys.

Sarahlou (or anyone else), we have suggested June 9 for another meetup, can you do that?

Venue TBA dependant on weather, maybe a cafe in a park.
