I have to take a rain check too Sad, my daughter woke up with chicken pox this morning Shock

I can't believe it, we will have to organise another one soon, I have 2 other children so if they catch it, I wont be able to leave the house for a while (cry!)

aargh - I think maybe reschedule as I was just coming on to say I can't now make it either - my bestest friend, who lives in New Zealand, has suddenly come to the UK for a funeral and is coming to see me so extenuating circumstaces I hope you'll think ! Would be great to do it some other time though.

I'm going to have to bail too. My little man was ill (again) last week (flu like symptoms, conjunctivitis etc) and he's given his lurgy to me now! I would hate to pass it on to anyone else so think it best we stay away this time and maybe come to the next one - unless we just rearrange?

Zoeb023 - Chickenpox? It must be awful. Sad I know they all get it, but still, I'm dreading it.

My daughter is covered head to toe, in her mouth on her head, its horrible. She is ok in herself and doesn't understand why she can't go to school as she hasn't been sick!

She'll be back to school on Monday.

How is everyone?

What about next Thursday? same time, same place? 2 weeks from now.

Hi All - glad your dd isn't too bad in herself Zoe.. thats something at least !

I can't do two weeks time (19th) but I could do the tuesday that week or the thursday after. If 19th fits for eveyone else don't worry about me, I'll have to catch up at the next one !

oops its me with the dodgy diary Grin. It is 18th but I still can't do it ! Well, having said that, there is a chance I might be able to pop along for a bit - I am seeing a friend who lives in Brighton but don't know what time so might be able to come along for a quick coffee and then drive down there so if it fits, stick to it and I'll try and fit in if I can.

I can make it but my visit will probably be brief. DS2 normally has a sleep about 10/10.30. I can jiggle him along for a bit but then he will get VERY grumpy and thats no fun! So, yes, will be there for a bit with a grumpy baby Wink :)

Completely forgot to rearrange my dentist's appt 4 2moro am, until this morning - was told since haven't given enough notice will need to pay a £25 cancellation fee! Given this financial blackmail, think have no choice but to go and have teeth drilled instead! Am sorry girls. Sad Not sure if you're going to go ahead or rearrange but will keep a watch........

Apologies also I haven't been around on thread much, am dreaded "single mother" Winkand generally don't get much time to go online until well after DS has gone to bed. If i try and do anything with laptop when he's about we have a HUGE tantrum to deal with - is his most favorite toy! Smile
