Well, the atrocious cunts who usually organise these things have slunk off on the excuse of having too much knitting to do. Wink

How Very Dare They.

Get yer arses over here and sign up.

Especially those of you in the first 400 posts.

Yes, YOU!

I need to know numbers ASAP so I know what kind of venue to book.....

FellatioNelson · 25/11/2012 19:10

You should definitely invite Olivia. She'll get drunk and tell you everything.

Pagwatch · 25/11/2012 19:39

I am sorry to be such a twat but I don't think I can come.

We are starting our second week of vomiting here (I have lost 5lbs so not all bad) and I am wiped out. Plus my mum has been taken ill and has been having tests and now referred to a Consultant at local cancer hospital for urgent investigation. I am on and off here at the mo when I am looking or a moments distraction but I am not sure I will a) be able to get away or b) anything other than fucking miserable - although unusually slim.

Really a bit gutted tbh.

FrankincenseWippery · 25/11/2012 20:00

Aw Pag, I'm sorry to hear about your Mum. I do hope she's ok. And the sickness, definitely not fun (bar the weight loss bit). You will be missed a big lot.

cat · 25/11/2012 20:18

Aw sorry about your mum Pag. Hope you feel better soon....

Shall I email HQ with an invite then?? Grin

cat · 25/11/2012 20:20

And does everyone have a badge??

I'm flapping about badges.

Ruby normally does the badges but she had to go to a Real Life Thing HmmGrin

AlphabetiSpaghetti · 25/11/2012 20:22

I don't have a badge! Shall we make our own?

pixiestix · 25/11/2012 20:47

Sorry to hear about your mum Pag. I hope it is all resolved happily and soon.

I am in awe of anyone who can even contemplate skinny leopard print jeans. I would be arrested for causing scenes of mass public horror if I tried anything of the sort.

BIWI · 25/11/2012 20:59

Oh Pag Sad I'm sorry to hear about your mum. And sorry, too, that you won't be able to join us.

but I'm Envy about the 5lbs

cat · 25/11/2012 21:13

YES!!

If people don't have badges I will implode with confusion!

A post-it will do Wink

FrankincenseWippery · 25/11/2012 21:36

Yes email MNHQ.

I will not be wearing a badge

cat · 25/11/2012 21:38

cat · 25/11/2012 21:39

You can do whatever you want with my gird head.

FrankincenseWippery · 25/11/2012 21:41

I'll be the drunk one in the corner or dancing on the table. I will have no duty to care for my youngest next Sunday and fully intend to make the most of it before my treatment starts Grin. Oh yes. Yes indeed!

She'll be the dancin' blonde with a bottle of red in her claw.

Try and remove it at your own risk.............

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 25/11/2012 22:10

So sorry to hear about your mum Pag Sad hope it turns out to somehow be not too serious.

Tried on my frock yesterday. It's still far too skimpy and tight. I need to lose another stone at least before it hangs properly and doesn't show off all my bumpy lumpy bits of which there are many

So back to the old wardrobe drawing board. I'll try to rustle up something along the fab and festive line but not making any promises. However I do pledge to wear ridiculous shoes.

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 25/11/2012 23:10

Sorry you're having such a rough time Pag, hope it's all sorted soon.

mrskeithrichards · 26/11/2012 09:47

I've never been to London but I will be there this weekend! Taking my son for his birthday. He'll be ok tied up outside whilst I get pissed won't he?

Pagwatch · 26/11/2012 09:55

You lot are lovely. Thanks Smile

I am sure she'll be fine, I just want to keep the weekend free in case the tests arn't great so we can go and see her.

You won't drink or have any kind of fun at all without me, will you?
And who is going to put Hully to bed?

GetorfsaMotherfuckingMorrisMan · 26/11/2012 15:17

I am so sorry pag about your mum. I really hope that all goes well. I also hope that the screaming shites stop for you as well.

I am going to have to be a twat and bow out as well. My fIL died last week - such a shock, he went in hospital on tuesfay and died weds afternoon. Pneumonia. He was such a lovely, lovely man and we all loved him dearly. It doesn't matter what happened with me and XP, I was still part of the family. He was like the perfect example of a lovely kind dad. His funeral is on Friday and I don't think I will be in the mood for jollity. The family is working shifts to be with my MIL ( she married him at 17, 55 bloody years ago) and I think we just all want to rally round.

Sorry to be a wet blanket. I will get to one of therse fucking christmas dos one year.

Cat do I owe you money? I have paid the fiver but was there anyhing else to pay on the night?

Trills · 26/11/2012 15:18

Oh dear, sorry to hear about all of this.

junowiththegladrags · 26/11/2012 15:26

So sorry for your loss Getorf.
Pag hope you feel better soon and your mums tests turn out ok.

BIWI · 26/11/2012 15:45

Oh no, Sad, so sorry to hear that, Getorf. And sorry that you won't be joining us either.
