Following from Friday's meet, we were talking of getting together in the evening....

How does Pizza Express in Cheadle sound to everyone (thanks to Alexsmum for the idea)?

Days: how about a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday evening

When: How about the week after Easter, April 19, 20 or 21st (but maybe this is too short notice) or the week after?

What suits you all with this?!

that is really annoying for you. Which nursery did you apply for? It is not so long to wait till you hear if she has a place from those that have turned it down. Really hope you get a positive.

ds's place is at Gatley Nursery, it has 2 sessions a day, and I am waiting to hear which one he has, i hope it is the morning one. This was the only nursery he could really go to.

I did hear a while ago that the school year intake starting in sept 07 (when DS starts) is a very 'full' year in terms of lots of children compared to the previous years. Mind you I only heard this from some other mums so don't know if it is true or not.

Actually I am glad to 'talk' to cos I wanted to have a chat with you about camping..will email you, we never seem to be on msn at the same time.

Have emailed you! stil fuming slightly but have found another pre-school (private) that has places, is fab, dd loves it, and they don't finish until 12, so another 1/2 hr of peace!
