Stockport evening meet....

Following from Friday's meet, we were talking of getting together in the evening....

How does Pizza Express in Cheadle sound to everyone (thanks to Alexsmum for the idea)?

Days: how about a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday evening

When: How about the week after Easter, April 19, 20 or 21st (but maybe this is too short notice) or the week after?

What suits you all with this?!

that's why I'm walking...definitely time for drinks

he is fine, never says anything about it but seems ok about it! Best of all, he is out of nappies ....no accidents since tuesday...fantastic!!! in the end it only took a week once he'd got his head around it and was ready (I am forgetting we've been trying since last summer )

hope yours are ok too.....

Im going to be the only sober one then! Was going to drive, only in Edgeley but cant be bothered with taxis. What name is the table booked under so i can at least ask and directed to the right table! See you later

pjsmum,it's booked under 'Zoe', at 8. I am quite small, wear glasses. I will wear a blue mac coat, and cant think yet what colour top.

Spent Friday evening in a queue at Sainsburys Cheadle Royal so can't have been far from you guys either!

Yes I did!! Good news - he has a place....

have to wait now to know if it morning or afternoon.

Our post usually comes late morning but came at 7:30 today...really pleased to get the letter!!

I guess you have too......

I take this is about nursery places?

I'm very Sad and Angry at the same time as dd2 didn't get a place at the only nursery I can feasibly get her to, so now I have to wait until at least 19th May until I may be offered a place from the non-acceptors. The especially annoying thing is I know of at least 4 people who applied 'just in case they fancied it in September' I bet they've got in grrrrr.

the thought of another year of her at home....Shock

anyway rant over - well done gigwig's ds which nursery is it?
