New Year Edinburgh Meet-up!

FestiveFly and I are going to meet up in Edinburgh just after New Year. She's up here on holiday for a few days.

Haven't got a venue sorted, but we thought lunchtime on Friday 2nd Jan for coffee and/or light lunch.

Anyone else up for it??

I have just called to check they are open on 2nd Jan.

Sorry to butt in but I live near Edinburgh and all my friends are in the south of England, would love to share a coffee with some mumsnet folk as I rarely get to speak to females these days, only my baby's dad and his friends.

Is it still an open invite? I won't be offended if you say no! Or if you think I'm not suitable, I'm 26, ds is 5 months.

i would love to come,i was at littel marcos earlier in the year and agree it was great for the kids.I am going to a party on the night of the first in fife so will then have to head home and pick up the kids,so if im home in time and not too rough i will join yous.I will keep update as to the times.Cheers cant wait to meet you all there it was great fun last time to put faces to names.

BTW Im 27 with dd aged 1 and two ds aged 8 and 5 and will have no choice but to bring them with me,single mommy and all that.

I have short dark hair and will be wearing a navy fleece jacket. I might put my 17 month old DD in her wee cat suit.

Hi, Hogmany. Think Friday will be better for me anyway. I will bring my dd age 3.

I have long blond hair and Am 5,6. I will wear long black coat and dd has a pink fur coat and blond shoulder lengh hair.
