Coffee in cafe near Finsbury Park

Hello! Does anyone fancy a daytime meet-up for coffee (decaf in my case). There is a lovely cafe that frogs mentioned, or was it bundle, I've forgotten what her mn name is!! It's called Good For Food, 16 Blackstock road almost next door to City & Islington College. I can do any weekday except Thurs any time after 9.45am. Plenty of room for little ones, coffee is good and the cakes look great.

I'm happy to meet tomorrow (Friday) and on 10th. Same cafe? What time? Won't be bringing DS to either date as he will be at school. So just me and bump.

Hi, can I gate crash sometime? I have kindly been re-directed from my own thread asking if anyone is local to Stoke Newington.
I would love to come and meet up on the 10th but my sister in law is coming home from USA where she lives to meet her new niece, so I'd better not slope off for coffee then!
But hopefully you'll all meet up again soon..?

DiamondsAreForever, are you free tomorrow? Otherwise yes I am sure there will be opportunities to meet up, I very rarely refuse an opportunity to go for coffee! (hence the name)

Roshmi, you would be very welcome and would not be gatecrashing anything! Today was the first time we have tried the cafe and the more the merrier for next time.
I think there are parking meters quite near the cafe--outside the college or in the side streets. I only have 2 wheels!
Cafe is non-smoking and plenty of room for prams.

Hi Ladies

Could I gatecrash the finsbury park coffee meet ups too? I was also very kindly directed here from my own thread and it sounds great. Only prob is, like DiamondsAreForever I can't do this Friday - not such a nice reason though. My poor little fella has to go to the Doctors for his two month immunisations :( If anyone thinks they'll still be there at around 12 I'll pop down and say hello? If not I'll hope there's another meet up coming soon?!

The DTs have the lurgy - bad cough, runny nose, temp. Don't think you would thank me for bringing them and spreading the germs.

Won't be there tomorrow, unless they have a rapid recovery.
