Yep, first time with you City MN-ers. I've met a few local Wimbledon MN-ers. One of them lives so close to me and she's so lovely, yet I wouldn't have met her otherwise.

Reminds me of the first time I went to a MN meet-up. I looked around and couldn't find the right people. There was a guy there and I went up to him to ask him if he's my froggy (locket's DH). He wasn't Even worse, he was a parent from DS's school, there with a group of other mums from DS's school (which I only started to recognise afterwards). I found my group shortly after.

ROFL at you calling an acquaintance Froggy Cristina. Thank goodness it wasn't BigGayDad you were seeking. Sadly, large groups of women chatting animatedly at lunchtime in City eateries is still a comparatively rare sight. You may even hear us before you see us...
