Relocated from the Faversham thread, we're trying to organise something on a term-time tuesday in Maidstone in a few week's time.
Potentially:
Cadbury
Turquoise
Freckle
Rickman
and possibly Fio2.

Anyone else fancy it? There seem to be quite a lot of Maidstone mners now.

Freckle, thanks for the advice on area. At least we know not to look at any in parkwood (shame as we've seen loads there that we can afford). We'd like to be as close to the town centre as poss but are realistic about our budget.

Aero, we looked round chatham, rochester and maidstone when we were there but decided on maidstone as it was the busiest and seemed to have the most going on (which is what we're after).

Chatham did seem nice from what we saw though Smile

Not that I'm trying to pursuade you or anything, but \link{http://www.findaproperty.com/agent.aspx?agentid=5516&opt=prop&pid=338270&photo=4#photo\here's} a nice one.

Wherever you settle though, you'll have to join us mad lot for a meet-up. Grin

Hi Just Bonnie,

I have Just recently moved to Barming and absolute love it. i am on i am just off the Tonbridge road , we are really close to the Oak wood complex (Schools ) and my 3.4 year old is in at a really good nursery., easy for the Town aswell, We are extremely happy with our choice and ours was just over £170 for a 3!
On another note i would love to meet up with mums in the area as we have just moved here and my parent friends are non existent , i have a very active 3.4 DS , and am at home most of the time ,desperate for some adult conversation.....

Did anyone actually meet up yet since the thread started??
Anyway, looking to meet up with someone this Thursday or Friday. My dd is 2.8 - she's usually at nursery but my dh is away on business those 2 days, and I decided not to take her to nursery and spend some good quality time with her instead. Have some outings planned out - maybe wear'm'out, maybe mote park or millennium park, maybe a walk through town etc. - if someone is interested in joining us, we could meet up, ahve a chat whilst the kids play etc.

Hi, I am seriously thinking of moving to faversham from Croydon as I've found a suitable school for my 12 year old son, but need to find somewhere suitable to live. It's hard to decide where in faversham to live - I'm taking my first trip this weekend. Grateful for any advice/tips on where in Faversham to live (or surrounding areas)that's not too remote, close to local shops and with a community feel, as I will be uprooting from scratch - a bit like going into the unknown really.

Thanks
