Hi all! Sorry to start a new thread but I'm on dialup atm so finding it hard to post on the old one as it's so long!

Happy New Year Everyone.

Mishi - course we blooming haven't managed to organise a meet without you to kick us all into touch . But how about having a meet up at Granmas at Hunts Cross on the morning of 23rd Jan 2005 (best after 20th as DH get's paid on 20th so better cash flow position!!)

OP posts:
TearsBeforeBedtime · 13/03/2006 20:05

I was traipsing through the snow yesterday as well, workingmum, to get more juice and cough medicine and a few other things for DS Grin. Very odd wasn't it. Bet the Lush shop wasn't packed out (for once..)

workingmumnhs · 13/03/2006 20:20

No you could move. I was thinking it was a lot more organised than the Chester one. Bet it isn't normally on a saturday afternoon in normal weather.

Are you feeling sick. Haven't got round to reading the previous post so worry if you have to repeat yourself.

TearsBeforeBedtime · 13/03/2006 20:22

fine now workingmum, but was puking lots on Thursday, then DS and DH started with it on Saturday, resulting to exciting Saturday night trip to 2 walk-in Centres and Alder Hey with DS (DS became very listless)

workingmumnhs · 13/03/2006 20:24

My ward in Arrowe Park came down with stomach bugs, Everyone was of sick. Surprised i didn't get it. Sods law I'll be ill when I'm on holiday. Always does.

Nemo1977 · 14/03/2006 11:23

hi all
hope S is a bit better mts and you bl.
Well its obviously doing the rounds as I am feeling grotty again and DS is fast asleep on the couch after he told me his head hurtSad.
Took DD to hv yesterday as she has quite bad reflux and infant gaviscon isnt helping so got to see gp on thurs to ask for something else and also as she has bad excema which is now a little bit infected as she keeps scratching at it even with her mittens on..poor baby.
Oh well we are confined to the house today so no baby massage classSad However I realllly enjoyed my first night alone in the bed..I realised it has been over 10yrs since I had a double bed to myself..it was bliss.

biglips · 14/03/2006 12:59

oh no nemo - poor little ones esp DD... where is her excema? as i can imagine that she is quirming around atm being itchy all teh time

jaamy · 14/03/2006 13:42

Hi All!
Sorry to hear that everyone is ill! You really don't have to go to so much trouble to make excuses not to come here on thurs!!!:o Should we postpone it for a week as most people are ill or can't make it for one reason or another. Anyone who wants to can still come this thurs tho it sounds as if it might just be me and alli??? My addy is [email protected]
Tears - glad you had a nice time in prague, even if you did pick up a dodgy czech bug!
Nemo hope you get H's eczema sorted. A has a patch on her forehead that is driving her mad with itching.
FAS - HAPPY BIRTHDAY for yesterday! I'm still expressing too (though not in your mamouth quantities) and A is 5 months old too!
Biglips - don't worry about your exam, it'll be a breeze for you!
Get well soon everyone!
Tx
