I've offered MI a lift, so I have to come, and I'm not drinking either on account of driving MI. And also not being able to show my face on here again should I be found dancing on tables at 2am

What day is 26 November?

And, um, what's everyone wearing?

LadySherlockofLGJ · 13/11/2005 17:49

It is a Saturday, and I am not going to slum it, but will not be going over the top either.

Either way it will involve my pooooooooooooinnnnnnnnnttttttttty boots as I always feel good in those.

hunkermunker · 13/11/2005 18:10

I'll wear anything that fits by then.

Will be something black. And some pointy boots

Tortington · 13/11/2005 23:41

comfy shoes cos i dont do uncomfy shoes. - i can do uncomfy bra, uncomfy jeans, i cant do uncomfy hair doo - but i cannot do uncomfy shoes. thats why all my shoes are smelly, its becuase if i find some that are comfy - i wear them until they die.

i bought some lovley red snakeskin boots from a charity shop - only noticed when i got home that they were pull on skin tight ones - automatically thought they had a zip.

so spend 15 mins trying to pull them on. dh spent 10 mins trying to push them on. in the end i finished off by putting washing up liqud on my feet to get them on. i did this becuase those bastard boots were not going to win. the moral of this story is - i wont be wearing those f*king boots again.

MarsLady · 13/11/2005 23:50

I've gotta go out and get some funky boots.

I think I've found the outfit that I want to wear.

Might even throw on a little makeup to accentuate my natural beauty lol

unicorn · 13/11/2005 23:57

oh no, hadn't thought about clothes, yikes, think I will come in dd's fancy dress gear.

Tortington · 14/11/2005 00:19

OP posts:
Posey · 14/11/2005 20:21

Oh still up for it here.
Got a couple of nice tops (to wear together) but the trousers are no good so will have to go shopping. What a shame

Still hoping to find someone reasonably close to here to share a cab home with or whatever. Is no-one coming from anywhere near Islington?

Tortington · 14/11/2005 23:24

taxi for islington anyone?

highly excellent. posey - a taxi suggests drinking. which i am wholey in favour of.

is anyone a genuine outrage when pissed? i mean are you thinking "limit the wine, limit the wine
