Thanks for the typing out of the menu, Custy.

sis · 05/11/2005 20:35

Uh oh! There's nothing much veggie on there that I can see. Except bread.

spidermama · 06/11/2005 13:55

What's 'broconici' please someone?

Tortington · 06/11/2005 14:26

the last pizza option is a veggie option - no choice like, but still

Oh good.
Sorry to be arsey.
I assumed that as I've never heard of bocconcini it probably meant 'coated in minced veal and tossed in blood and eyeball jelly' or something.

Tortington · 06/11/2005 16:13

awww ks how nice of you - but lets face it my spelling is crap - and i was copying it!!!

its not arsey at all - course your going to want a veggie option if your a veggie - in fact am going for that option miself. as raw cured anything doesnt really float my gondola

Coathanger · 06/11/2005 17:05

Hmmm, do you think they could rustle me up a good old pasta napolitana??

Tortington · 06/11/2005 18:42

no.

OP posts:
spidermama · 06/11/2005 20:17

Do you think they could do me a curry?

Kidding.

cardQUEENcod · 06/11/2005 20:18

snort at wild boar! fgs

cardQUEENcod · 06/11/2005 20:19

and snort at veggie ahve ong ONE choice
ha! serves am right, fussy blighters

fisil · 06/11/2005 20:26

Steak and chips, please.

I've made out a cheque for my subs and the £5 deposit. So if I turn up, MN can just have an extra £5 on my subs. If I don't then they'll get the amount I originally meant. I suppose I'd better email them and tell them that. And apologise for messing up the perfect system!

ladymuck · 06/11/2005 20:38

So if I'm vegan with a wheat allergy.....

.....I can have a couple of bottles of wine instead of the meal?

fisil · 06/11/2005 20:43

wine is generally not vegetarian!

ladymuck · 06/11/2005 20:46

Why not?

Grapes?

hunkermunker · 06/11/2005 20:48

Nope! Not unless it's vegetarian wine!

Mind you, that link's a bit weird - just skimmed it and the end of it's a bit bizarre!

ladymuck · 06/11/2005 20:54

Help, so if you're vegetarian you can only drink cheap wine...

Well this is going to be some party - will the sober ones (presumably all the pgs and veggies) have a separate area. I would have assumed pissheads will be in the majority based on previous meets?

hunkermunker · 06/11/2005 20:59

I'm 30 weeks pg and am going to be taking notes and blackmailing people. Oh, I'm SUCH fun at parties

ladymuck · 06/11/2005 21:18

Actually does this reveal the reason behind so many of the rucks on mumsnet - half of us are as drunks as lords, and the rest are anaemic and stone cold sober?

harpsichordcarrier · 06/11/2005 21:53

oh I love it on a Friday and Saturday nights when all the p8ss heads come back from their nights out and talk shoite.
it reminds of living at home when my dad and sisters would come home and talk rubbish and eat chips
[nostalgia emoticon]
